Idoc Replication in Target system through PI

Hi,

When we send an IDoc from SAP Quality System to Client  3rd party system they receive only 1 message (IDoc)and repetition is not done here.

When we run the same scenario in Production system replication happening in 1:4 ratio (One sender SAP Idoc  replicate to 4 Idocs(Duplicates) in 3rd party system but PI have one message).

Scenario moves like:

Outbound Process is  :

** SAPSYSTEM- ----------> PI – ---- --->-Third Party Middleware(BIZTALK LBI) --------->Client SAP ECC system.

Note:

1) We have done all connection checks from SAP to PI and 3rd party system.\

2) It was happened only Production System, but working fine in Quality system with same settings.

Please guide me on this.
