Exception branch in BPM

Hi All,

I am facing a strange issue in BPM Exception branch. The value of Exception in the block step have provide as FAILED. In the exception branch I have selected the value FAILED for the Exception Handler. but the issue is once the Integration process is saved then Exception Handler value is automatically changed from FAILED to '?' and unable to activate it.

Could any one please suggest why it is happening?
