we have a BPM1 design to capture application acknowledgements in PI form ABAP Proxies.
i have define Alert catagories in ALERTCATDEF and alert rules in Runtime work bench.
But I have seen that there is no alert trigged for negative acknowledgement form proxy , i can see the status "In progress" form the worklog.
DEV
we do have another BPM2 interface designed for same functionality in both Dev and QA.
in Dev all steps are in process (i too have the same problem 
) and in QA work flow completed successfully.

I have to do some settings in DEV to have my BPM1 work successfully bec BPM2 is working fine in QA but not in DEV.
