RWB Messages not opening.......

Dear All,

When i try to open  "Adapter Engine" message from RWB I am getting the following error :

Http timeout error after 600 seconds.

Can you all please let us know how it can be resolved ?
Do we need to do reorg in JAVA stack ?
is this because of huge data in JAVA/ABAP Stack ?

FYI :  There is no connection error.
Delete job is scheduled to run in JAVA Stack,
database load of java/ABAP instance is around 10 laks messages.
