SPROXY dumped on R3 4.7 system(WAS 620)

Hi gurus,

We want to activate abap proxy on our R3 4.7 platform (WAS 620 PATCH 62). However, SPROXYTCODE dumped and gave the error "GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED". BTW,We are planning to use PI7.11 as our integration middleware. We have checked relevant notes like 769120,439915,721160,914672 and it seems we have to install component APPINT 200_620 to use abap proxy, is it correct? If yes, which support package for that component should we use (We are using SAPKB62062)? Do we need to install extra components in our PI system?
