SAP PI 7.31 Dual stack component based alerting

Dear Experts,

We've configure CBA to trigger all adapter, integration engine, runtime errors, abap rumtime errors in SAP PI 7.31. We followed both the blogs from Michal and Anupam and we enabled all the required params. But, still the alert mails are triggered only for Adapter engine errors and not for Integration Engine errors (PI sxmb_moni errors). Not sure what's wrong. Any clue?
