JDBC Receiver UPDATE field by 1

I'm using a JDBC receiver channel in PI 7.1 to UPDATE record(s) in an Oracle db.  One of the fields, I just want to increment by 1 (add 1) each time I do the UPDATE.  Is there a special formula I can use for this in my message map?
