Logically deleted error in BPM while Insert or Update

Hi All,

IDOC is mapped to a DB table for INSERT and else case it is UPDATED using BPM scenario in the existing scenario.Now the new requirement is the data should flow to a new DB table simultaneously with the same process.I have used Fork concept and developed the scenario.

Existing scenario is working fine but for the new development in BPM I am getting logically deleted error while "INSERT" or  "UPDATE" in  Transformation step and it is not inserted or updated in the database.

What could be the reason for this error?
