In my case, as part of POC need to move Technical System,Busines System,Software Component and Product for one interface from existing old PI system (7.11) to new PI system (7.4) manually using Import/export option.
So as a first step tried exporting Software Components associated with the Business system from source SLD to target SLD. There are 20 Software Components associated with the Business sytem. As part of that I am able to move upto 10 Software Components successfully from source to target SLD without any issues. But when trying to export 11th Software Component it gave an error which i could see in the Log. From the log it was understood that 11th Softwre Component has dependency with some other Software Components and they have internally again dependency some other Software components which looks pretty confusing.
In this regard i would like to understand what are the correct steps in order to avoids this dependency issues?
