Adapter to connect PI and Integration Services(.net)?

Hi masters,

we need to create an interface in PI that returns approximately 200.000 records. The external system use Integration Services, my question is:

what is the best adapter to realice the communication between PI and Integration Service? we dont want to use SOAP adapterm, becouse is not convenient to use Web Service for this solution.
