ALERTS are not triggering for SXMB_MONI errors

Hi,

we are using PI7.0.

i have created the alerts and working fine when messages are getting fail in AE.

But not triggering for the SXMB_MONI errors.

i created the alerts like below.

in container tab

SXMS_TO_SERVICE;;;;;;;;SXMS_TO_INTERFACE;;;;;SXMS_ERROR_CAT;;;;;SXMS_ERROR_CODE;;;;SXMS_TO_ADAPTER_TYPE;

SXMS_TO_ADAPTER_ERRT;;;;;SXMS_FROM_SERVICE;;;;SXMS_FROM_INTERFACE

and in message title we are using

Entries to Receiver System &SXMS_TO_SERVICE& failed.

Interface / Table: &SXMS_TO_INTERFACE&.

System Date: &SYST-DATUM&

Time: &SYST-UZEIT&

in long text and short text we are using

EMPower Daily Update Failed.

Entries to Receiver System &SXMS_TO_SERVICE& failed.

Interface / Table: &SXMS_TO_INTERFACE&.

for run time workbentch

in alert rule definition    CONDITIONS are NOT RELEVENT

and WHERE DID ERROR OCCURS is NO RESTRICTION

i have checked the RULE ACTIVE.

i am facing the problem when message gone into error in sxmb_moni alerts are not triggering.

Please suggest the ways how can i overcome this.
