Configuration to ccBPM scenario (PI 7.11)

Hi All

I am working on a scenario to inbound NFe without SAP NFE and the message service is provided from a 3^rd party service.

The process starts with a sync call from a web service to PI. PI gets the information and sends it to another web service (sendMessage - sync) and after call again the web service to retrieve message (sync). Finally PI call an RFC and the RFC sends back a response that will be returned to initial web service call.

I not sure that all required configurations at Directory are fine.

Can somebody to help me on this design?
