Unable to Launch Java Application

Hello Team,

     I am using SAP PI 7.11 SP 12.

     When I am trying to launch ID, it is opening without any problem, but whenever I am trying to re-launch it further, getting an error "Unable to Launch Application". For this I need to clear the java file stored in buffer and launch again which is taking more and waste of time.

     And this is happening only in PROD environment, rest all environments are launching without any issue.

    Kindly suggest your inputs on the same.
