We have a scenario wherein a set of 3 or 4 related files are picked up by a daily running job and places the files into XI interface folder example: /Interface/SID/CLNT/Folder1 as file1.csv,file2.csv and file3.csv. Then a ITK job runs and zips the file into fileTimestamp.zip.
Further the sender channel picks up the zip file and runs a custom module to unzip and merge the files into single xml for processing.
This interface was running file until we started using Greek and Polish characters.
The issue is when it comes to the folder as file1.csv etc the characters are intact. However when the zip file gets created and we check the file we see the Greek and Polish characters gets modified into unreadable characters. On opening the files in a notepad we can again see proper values.
How can the zip file that is getting created contain the proper Greek and Polish characters?
Please help in this regard.
