Message sent from RWB was not reaching IE

Hi

I have configured extended receiver determination for file to SOAP scenario. My configuration works fine when i check from test configuration under Interface determination. When I send a message from test tab in RWB Integration Engine, I am not getting the message in moni.

Do I need to do any other configuration if I use extended receiver determination.

Helpful answers would be appreciated.
