Issue in selecting Channels in Channel Availability Monitoring

Hi All,

 

We are facing an issue in selecting required channels in the channel availability monitoring -> Channel exclusion for alerting (Solution Manager 7.1 SP11).

 

We have around 800 channels enabled for alerting. Now, we have a requirement where we need only 70 channels in this. so, i tried to deselect all the 800 channels and to select required 70 channels. But after selecting and saving the required channels, i again see the 800 channels enabled. Which means the changes are not affecting. Also, i can see some inconsistency in the channels where sometimes it shows unchecked and sometimes it shows checked for alerting.

 

No idea on this behavior. Please help me to fix this issue.
