Order confirmation using SAP PI ESR

Hi,

I'm trying to create order confirmation leveraging the standard SAP delivered ESR content based on the documentation provided by SAP(link provided below). However I'm unable to create the processing type as program RM06_XI_PROXY does not exist. Has anyone worked on such an outbound scenario using SAP PI ESR. Any help is highly appreciated.
