This is a new set of domain-specific applications that are both intelligent and pro-active dealing with both standardized and unforeseen business situations to reach specific business goals. They will be built on the capabilities of SAP Operational Process Intelligence on HANA.
As with previous Customer Engagement Initiatives, this enables customers to influence the software development based on their specific needs and show customers how this feedback is incorporated into the software development as it happens.
