RFC Destination for IDoc AAE adapter

Hi Guys,

I have to create a RFC destination for AAE IDoc/RFC Receiver Adapter and Couldn't find the option to create it, Is it some authorization are missing or I am looking at the wrong place.

Configuration and Monitoring Home ->Configuration and Administration->Adapter Engine -> I Can see only  Message Prioritization ,Security Data Archiving, Background Process, User Defined Search Configuration

and in Netweaver Administrator ->SOA ->I Can see only Monitoring, Couldn't see Infrastructures to check  for Resource Adapter Etc...

SAP PI version: 7.31 SP 01
