Shipment Request Enterprise Service

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone ever worked on the Shipment Request Enterprise Service "ShipmentRequestRequest_Out". Information is provided in the below link however we are unable to find anywhere how to trigger this ES from SAP. Any help would be highly apprecieated.
