Error during reprocessing failed message: "Error during user switch (read)"

Hello,

we have few failed messages in ECC system for inbound proxy interface. When I try to reprocess, error "Error during user switch (read)" comes up. Does anyone have a clue what this is and how can these messages be reprocessed?
