Couldn't locate SFTP adapter on PI 7.31

Hello

We have recently installed SAP PO 7.3 EHP1 and am trying to use SFTP adapters for our scenarios. I hope PI 7.31 by default comes with SFTP adapter, but could'nt locate one in the list of adapters.

Hence tried downloading the component PI SFTP PGP Addon 1.0 but couldn't locate any meta-data XML file for the same. Any idea where we could find meta-data XML file for SFTP adapter?
