Need to split a SOAP xml file for every 1000 records into a new file

Hi Gurus

Need an urgent support for splitting a SOAP xml file for every 1000 records into a new xml file in SAP PI.Can you support me in providing the logic for same.This is urgent and need help in resolving this.Will provide points for a quick resolution on the same
