Schedule Background Job for Event Queue is showing error status at swf_xi_custiomising

Hi Experts,

My BPE is showing red colore under RWB,When i am checking this at tcode SWF_XI_CUSTOMISING it is showing issue at i have attached the file.

can any one reply me.
